On 26 April, the Germany project partners from ZEBAU (Centre for Energy, Construction, Architecture and the Environment) presented the conceptual framework of One-Stop-Shops with examples from Toulouse in an online seminar of the ZukunftswissenBau series. Around 300 connected guests discussed the transferability of the approaches and showed great interest in One-Stop-Shops to broaden energy consulting in Germany and accelerate the modernisation rate.

For some of the participants, the concept of a One-Stop-Shop for energy-efficient building modernisation was new and there was lively interest in the services that already exist in Germany. In order to enrich the setup and development of German integrated home renovation services with elements from Toulouse Métropole Rénov, some were presented in detail: the advice centre “Maison de L’Énergie”, the neighbourhood approach with which particular home owners are proactively addressed, the Charter of Commitment with crafts enterprises and the digital tool CoachCopro that is particularly interesting for the support of condominiums.

The presentation on the project and the entire online seminar were recorded and are available in German here.
