To take exchanges with building professionals a step further, Toulouse Métropole has set up a specific framework in the form of a charter of referencing professionals. This charter is part of the work carried out as part of the European I-HEROS project.

The aim of this commitment charter is to set out reciprocal commitments between professionals and Toulouse Métropole, and to create a channel for dialogue between the various structures. Signing the charter is a crucial step in promoting good practice and high standards in private home renovation. It demonstrates the commitment of professionals to work towards quality of work and homeowner satisfaction. By adhering to this charter, renovation professionals undertake to respect the principles of transparency, professionalism, respect for deadlines and quality of service. In return, Toulouse Métropole undertakes to promote the professionals by listing them in the form of directories on its website, including a presentation sheet, and through its one-stop-shop partners. It also undertakes to inform individuals and co-owners bulidings of the existence of its directories, and to listen to member professionals in order to identify obstacles to training, and to work with its partners to organize training initiatives.

The charter referencing professionals has led to the creation of a directory listing committed professionals on the Toulouse MétropoleRénov’ website.

Its aim is to offer the public easy access to local and regional companies that have signed the charter.

As part of the SOLUCOP exhibition, Toulouse Métropole invited its partners to sign the commitment charter. Three new partners have joined the charter.

The signing of the charter referencing professionals testifies to the collective commitment to promoting sustainable and responsible practices in the field of private home renovation. Toulouse Métropole is delighted with the commitment of these professionals and their desire to contribute to the improvement of private housing in the region. This collaborative approach represents an important step towards accelerating energy renovation projects in the region.

The charter was signed in the presence of François CHOLLET, Vice-President of Toulouse Métropole.
